I thoroughly enjoyed this masterclass. The 2 chefs were very welcoming, friendly and supportive and created a warm relaxed atmosphere encouraging the group to interact with each other. The chat about Thai cuisine and the chef's background was interesting. I would highly recommend this course and I am planning to return to this restaurant soon to further sample Thai cooking.

What a fabulous host. The chocolate experience was incredible and every step was explained and easy to follow.

We joined this experience in mid-November. It was a chilly day so wrapping up warm is recommended! Lucy our guide was absolutely lovely and facilitated the whole session really well. She clearly has an amazing and in-depth knowledge and experience of foraging and is passionate about sharing it. The session included an intro, the foraging, then cooking and eating our spoils. Ann was very natural and welcoming. There were 8 of us and we took turns in scrubbing up and doing tasks. The food was delicious. Starter, main and a side. Would highly recommend

We had a great day as a family experience. Claire and Sarah ensured that we were all involved in a relaxed and fun day. We visited Portobello Market to buy ingredients which Claire told us all about. Very interesting anx informative. We then went to the kitchen and made many lovely dishes, including fresh pasta. It was all delicious and great fun. Thank you Claire & Sarah.

We had a nice time at this cooking class. There atmosphere is very friendly and informal, we were taught by a very energetic and charismatic teacher, whose restaurant we will be sure to visit in the coming weeks. We picked up a few little tricks to improve our cooking, and left with smiles on our faces.

An excellent morning at Ann’s cookery school. The kitchen was well prepared Ann very knowledgable with lots of advice on preparation techniques and good hygiene habits, the food we produced was very tasty. I would recommend to anyone.

From the Introduction by New and Mim to the serving of our spring rolls and Thai red curry, the experience was excellent. The preparation had already been done for us, so all we had to do was watch and listen and then follow the instructions, to end up with our own tasty Thai meal. Chaophraya went out of their way to make us feel welcome from start to finish; I fully recommend this experience to learn about Thai cooking methods and ingredients.

I had a lovely time on this course, in particular portioning up the chicken and filleting fish very good skills to develop. For the more advanced cook this course is a little basic as you work together as a group to produce the four course menu rather than each individually producing it so your actual cooking time isn't 5 hours.

3 of us, girl friends, did the Taste of South East Asia cookery class. Firstly, out of all the delicious things SE Asian, we got to make 1 salad and 2 pastes (satay and a red curry paste) The salad with sticky pork belly (which was our lunch) was delish. But 2 pastes?! Rather samey-samey and both very beige and peanutty! We could have learnt 1 paste and something a bit more technical (like a Vietnamese spring roll) or even a soup or making something like Kimchi. Variety is needed!

The course was very good, very hands-on. Got my father and he really enjoyed it too.

Really enjoyed - I never realised truffles were so easy to make! Everyone was really friendly and the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Made for a fun experience that was different from usual.
