I am facing issues with my RDP for more than a week now, and it has been completely non-functional. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, including submitting tickets and trying to contact the support team, I don't have received any response from them. It seems they are starting looting us.

Their lack of communication and disregard for resolving issues is unacceptable for a service I'm paying for. It's frustrating and disappointing to see such poor customer support.

I strongly advise others to avoid this service if you value reliability and prompt assistance. I’ll be looking for better alternatives.

WORST SUPPORT EVER!!!! I will never buy any RDP from BESTBUYRDP. they have an extremely inefficient support team. first, the RDP was OFFLINE for 2 days, ASK if they could change me to another server, I never had an answer.

NOW, I Have been waiting for 5 DAYS trying to use their BOTTING SERVICE but it is impossible, becouse they take forever to install a damn software!!!!

I ask for a refund but they always evade the question.

Thanks for stole my money BESTBUYRDP.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! THEY ARE ADVERTISING "ADMIN ACCESS RDP", WHEN YOU PURCHASE THE SCAMMERS WILL GIVE YOU RDP THAT DOES NOT HAVE ADMIN ACCESS!!!! IT IS HIGHLY RESTRICTED, NO ACCESS TO COMMAND PROMPT, LOCKED DOWN SYSTEM, NO ADMINISTRATOR.

THE SCAMMERS ARE TELLING ME I PAID FOR A SHARED RDP, IN MY SHOPPING CART AND THE WEBSITE HOMEPAGE IT DOES NOT SAY SHARED ACCESS ANYWHERE!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Extremely Poor Support and Unreliable Service

My recent experience really poor…

My recent experience really poor because have been using bestbuyrdp for years and I just checked in to see if I can issue a new service unknowingly I wasn’t know it has poor as this because I just find out after making payment and get a new service they did not credit my balance talkless of issue a new service after making the payment. GUYS BESTBUYRDP IS A SCAM NOW IF TOU DONT KNOW BEFORE NOW HOU KNOW. Report the domain and please someone to share this for someone else not to fall victim.

We have been using best buy rdp for 8 years now. But it looks like the company doesn't care for their client anymore and customer service agents are very rude while talking to their clients.

We have been using best buy rdp for many years now, but it's time to change.
In the beginning, you customer service representative in India (Akil) (+918072008864) was available always, but it looks like bestbuyrdp has earned lot of money and is now least bothered about the customers. Since last 2-3 months the service keeps disconnecting and there is no response from your team, they don't answer our calls, no resolution, and talks very rudely.
We keep calling multiple times because our business gets affected, and your customer service agent reply very arrogantly.
This is not the way of doing business with old clients.
I would prefer switching to a new provider and will recommend everyone not to use bestbuyrdp ever.

Scammers from India - AVOID

Scammers from India. Fake vps locations, avoid these SCAMMERS. Takes your crypto and refuses to refund after being caught scamming. All their vps servers are in india. beware!!

The client was doing port scanning from the rdp. It is not allowed on any rdp. We suspended him asking explanation for malicious activity but he came here to wrote this review. Legit customers are always happy with our service and support.

Got pretty good support and fast delivery of service

Spoke to Salmaan through live support and nothing beats a Live interaction than a bot that keeps asking similar questions in a set of predefined responses. Thanks for providing really fast encoding server and service.
Once again thank you Salmaan!! keep doing your best.

They don't send affiliate commission

I have brought to them many customers, but after I reached the required minimum amount they didn’t send me my commission, and every time I contact them they say we are going to send that soon.
More than two months with no response.
