Thank you for your interest in having BJ’s host your fundraising event! Fundraisers are easy to organize and fun to attend! Earn 20% of supporters’ sales for your charitable cause! There are now three ways to enjoy the benefits of hosting a fundraiser:

- In Person

- Online Orders

- Takeout Orders/Curbside Pickup

Getting Started

  • Fill out the information below to request the date and location for your event.

  • Please have the organization's Tax ID / Employer Identification Number (EIN) available.

  • Once the form is submitted, BJ’s will contact you within 72 hours.

  • When your request is approved, you will receive a custom barcode flyer with a unique fundraiser code good for online orders.

During Your Fundraiser

  • Supporters of your organization must present the flyer (either physically or digitally) while dining in our restaurant or picking up takeout or curbside orders. The unique fundraiser code must be entered for online orders. 

After Your Fundraiser

  • Your organization will receive a check for 20% of the total sales from your supporters’ checks within 21 business days after your fundraiser has been finalized (excluding alcoholic beverages and happy hour specials)

Important Note: All flyer distribution promoting your fundraiser must take place prior to the fundraiser. No flyers may be distributed at the time of the fundraiser to guests arriving or already dining inside the restaurant.

Guarantee: BJ’s can make no guarantees as to the amount contributed to your organization. The success of your fundraiser is dependent on the effort put out by your group in distributing BJ’s custom flyers (supplied by BJ’s) and encouraging participation from your supporters.

Method: BJ’s Marketing Department will create and email a custom flyer for your organization to use. This is the only flyer you may use for your fundraiser. The organization is responsible for making copies and handing out the flyers. For each supporter who brings in a BJ’s custom flyer, BJ’s will donate 20% of the amount of the supporter’s meal check (pre-tax, no happy hour specials and no alcohol) to your organization. A check will be issued in the organization’s name and mailed to the address provided. Please note that BJ’s can only issue a check to the organization benefiting from the fundraiser, not to the organizer of the fundraiser. Please allow three weeks from the date of the fundraiser for the check to arrive.

I have read and understood the above terms and conditions. The agreement shall be considered accepted once both parties have signed below. Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be made with mutual consent of the organization’s contact person and the restaurant’s general manager.
