This is my second mermaid tail skin, because I outgrew my other one, and it fits so well! The colors are beyond gorgeous, and the sparkles are sparkling! The shipping was really fast too. I'm very happy that I could just reuse my adult monofin and just get a new skin so it can fit me. I was not mislead and the tail looks as good as the photos. I can't wait to swim in it!

this suit was perfect for my granddaughter's starter tail set.

Bought 2 for my girls birthday gifts. They are great quality, easy on and off, and just as pretty in person. The girls were swimming immediately in them, lots of compliments on them as well. Already purchased another for my younger daughters birthday later this month.

This was easy to get on and off and my granddaughter absolutely loved it! I'm sure I will be buying more for her two sisters!! :)

My daughter had outgrown her two "mermaid tails". We really hadn't included it in our budget and she won't have a birthday till fall. The tail we received is a tad big but it is great in the water. I haven't examined the print closely for a "flaw"-but it fits and functions perfectly! Yippee!

Better quality than before in my opinion.
I had bought a fin fun mermaid tail for my daughter before i purchased this one for her. It is much better quality than the one she had before this one. The material seems better and the rubber protectors on the tips of the fin are much better quality as well. Also the tail has velcro in the opening where the monofin goes to make it seem a bit more realistic and so you dont see the monofin. There’s also some glitter detail throughout. Very high quality and expecting it to last longer than the old one (which lasted about 2-3 years)😊😊

perfect! i’ve bought tails from here before over 10yrs ago, and their quality is so much better now! tails are much more durable, and this one specifically is so pretty!!

Thrilled to have my fin and I've used it four times so far for short swims. It's powerful. I found that wearing socks with it reduces the stress on my feet. Very happy with my purchase.

This is actually the 2nd island opal I got from FinFun. Sadly my original one met with an accident and ended up with a hole (sucks because it wasn’t even me who had the accident with it. I had loaned it to someone). I’m a forgiving bloodthirsty siren from the depths so I let it slide and sewed up the hole the best I could, but it still made me sad when I looked at it. The island opal really is one of the prettiest tails I’ve seen around. The photos don’t do it justice as you can’t see the sparkle details. I was excited to see it available in my size in the 2nds grotto! After I received my new island opal, I compared it to the original. The print and everything is exactly the same. The only difference is it is missing the tail tip protection and the Velcro enclosures for the bottom of the tail. No biggie! I can add those myself! So I am finally happy again and no longer have to fight the urge to drag another mermaid to the deep 😜

I’ve wanted to purchase a swimmable tail from finfun since I was in 6th grade, and I finally decided to go for it when I saw the 50% off sale in the “seconds grotto”! The tail came neatly packaged and in perfect condition, I had to really squint in order to decipher what makes this tail a ‘factory second’. The tail is stunning and whatever misprints she may have just make her completely unique! The shimmer and pearls are absolutely gorgeous!! Even my cat likes it
