Hi people of the the Louisiana Crawfish Company~ I just wanted to write to say thank you for your fabulous and super speedy service. Your website is very user friendly as well~ I ordered alligator tenderloins and they showed up promptly on the day I requested and I couldn't be happier! My order came today and I want to say thank you so much. I don't know what I expected, but the order exceeded those expectations. I am disabled and the last ten years I have had to accept the loss of freedoms as well as mobility. I moved from the DC area to ohio be closer to my mother. I lost her 2 years ago. One of the pleasures I had held onto in DC was enjoying the variety of cuisines, fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh seafood from the docks in DC. When I could no longer make it to the docks, I could still find a variety of seafood in the local grocery stores. In my move to rural Ohio, I lost the variety of cuisines and the seafood. I cried when I opened your box seeing all the wonderful, fresh seafood. I've had to freeze most of it, but I look forward to enjoying your seafood many, many times in the future. I only wish I had ordered more soft-shell crabs because I know they are in season for such a limited time. Well, this is a very drawn out and blubbery way of saying thank you for high quality product and fast service and for giving me back one pleasure I never expected to enjoy again.

I just want to thank everyone at Louisiana Crawfish Co for making the crawfish boil in the Northwoods of Wisconsin an amazing success!! My order arrived alive & kicking, lol! Had to keep some of my good hearted friends from freeing dinner into the lake! Best tasting, juicy, fat tails I've had in years! This will definitely be a regular event for us every year from now on! Just want to let you know how pleased we were with our live crawfish shipment. I was a little, no, a lot nervous since I ordered the crawfish a day early of our crawfish boil party. I called and received advice on keeping the crawfish alive and well till boiling day. Out of 70 pounds, we only had about ten little crawfish that didn't get to swim in the "hot tub". We had a successful crawfish boil thanks to your advice on the telephone and the instructions and seasonings included with shipment. I can't wait to order again!

Hi. I ordered 120 lbs of live crawfish to be delivered to California. They were wonderful. We had less than 2 lbs of loss and I could not have ben happier! We had about 10 people at our home that had never had crawfish before and they really enjoyed it! Thank you for helping me being a little bit of home to California!

I just wanted to thank you and everyone at your company for helping to make possible the crawfish boil we had this past Saturday. While crawfish and the beach might be a strange combination, our party was a great success. My wife and I attended a lot of crawfish boils when we lived in Baton Rouge, but I had never been directly involved with cooking them. Your company-from the online info, to the fast shipping, to the easy-to-follow directions-made it easier for me to try my hand at doing this myself. Everything went off without a hitch-from the kids playing with the crawfish as I rinsed them off in my daughter's old baby pool, to the dueling cookpots I had working non-stop for about 2 hours, to the quality and taste of the crawfish themselves. I even had a few fellow ex-Louisianans there to verify that the crawfish, corn, potatoes, and mushrooms tasted just like they had remembered and to initiate those unfamiliar with eating mudbugs. My favorite testimonial had be from a Marylander who insisted to me that all shellfish should be steamed (e.g. blue crabs), and that he might have "a couple" of crawfish just to give it a try. After getting his fill at the table later in the evening, he was hooked, and made us promise we would do it again next year. So, I'll close by saying that is definitely something we'll consider doing. I've put your company's website in my Favorites for future reference. Thanks again!

My family and I ordered crawfish from your company and we can not sing enough praises about the service and product you delivered. We live in Ocoee, Florida and felt as if we were back home in Lake Charles, Louisiana that day. Our friends who are novices at eating crawfish were amazed and are ready for another boil. This is my second order--best frozen crawfish tails we've had. We love Louisiana and it's food. Previously we had ordered from Cajun Grocer, but the quality varied a lot. It is nice to order from the source. Thanks for your prduct!!

The 2nd annual Branton Crawfish Palooza was awesome. Veteran crawfish eaters are asking me my secrets. This is only the 2nd time I've hosted the boil, and your directions and seasons make it a breeze. I steamed them this year like you suggest, and they turned out awesome. I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you once again for the outstanding servie and product! My husband, born and raised in Louisiana, moved to New Jersey with me after we started dating. Although he loves the area, the thing is he misses the most is some good ol' cajun cuisine. I found your website a fwe years ago when we decided to hold an end-of-the-summer crawfish boil for our friends who had never really experienced mudbug madness. After putting together all the ingredients to your party pack, it didn't take much more to convince them! This year, I decided to suprise my husband to an early Valentine's Day treat in honor of the Saints being in the Superbowl. I placed my order around 1pm on Thursday and they wre waiting for me when I got home from work the next day! I can't tell you how excited my husband was when he saw 10 pounds of crawdads waiting for him in the fridge! IT was such a wonderful was to celebrate the Saints finally bringing victory back to the state (esp. with the Saints beads that came with the shipment!!) LaCrawfish, I would like to thank you for making our 7th annual Superbowl/Crawfish party here in Phoenix Arizona a great success. Your customer service was amazing. Let me just say we have used someone else for the last 6 years in bringing about 150-300 lbs a year for gatherings with friends. The other company dropped the ball and cancelled my order 4 days before the superbowl when we had 60 guests coming. I called around and your wonderful team stepped up and made our weekend a sucess. You guys are the BEST! I was nervouse about flying in live crawfish to Indy for a group who had never eaten crawfish before, but this boil turned out to be as good as (probably better than) any boil I've ever been to back home in Louisiana! We cultured a lot of 'yanks' this weekend and plan on doing this every year from now on. Thanks for the best weekend of the summer!

I could not be more satisfied with the quality, service, price, and product your company provides. Growing up in Mississippi and having a father that lives in New Orleans, I have always associated the spring months with crawfish boils. But, ever since moving to Washington, DC two years ago, I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite crustacean in quite the way I was accustomed to. That is, until I ordered 100 lbs of fresh, live crawfish for my cookout this past weekend! They came off the FedEx truck the morning of the party--just as y'all had promised they would--and, after a thorough cleaning, I found maybe a dozen didn't survive the overnight trip from Louisiana. Oh, and these mudbugs were HUGE with big, meaty tails and claws! The boil was a raging success and my friends and I were able to show our non-Southern guests how to clean, cook, and eat fresh crawfish the proper way. So long as I live in this area, I will never purchase crawfish from anyone outside of the Louisiana Crawfish Company.

Just wanted to let you know my crawfish boil this weekend was awesome. Your crawfish, spices etc were better than expected. Had very few that did not survive the trip and many larger than expected. Thanks a ton. Will order again.
