How do I purchase a Gem Membership?
We are excited that you are interested in purchasing a new Gem Membership! To purchase a new pass, please visit the Gem Membership page and make your selections.
Gem Memberships can also be purchased onsite at the ticket desk or the Cornerstone Giftshop.
How is Gem membership different than the previous annual pass offering?
We’re glad you asked! The Gem membership is the upgrade that all Rock City guests want. With special offers, such as no standing in the ticket line, no time reservation (even for the Enchanted Garden of Lights and SOLD OUT nights!), an annual gift given at the time of registration or renewal, special discounts on food and drinks through the park and so much more!
How do I renew my Gem Membership?
We appreciate all our members and have made the renewal process easy! You can renew either online or in person, at the ticket desk or Cornerstone Giftshop. You’ll receive a reminder email before your expiration date.
Can I upgrade my one-day ticket to a Gem Membership?
Yes, you can upgrade your ticket to a Gem Membership. Ask our partners for more information during your visit!
How will I receive my Gem Membership card and Welcome pack?
Members who purchased a membership online will be given two options during the checkout process:
- My first visit is in less than 14 days. I will pick up my Gem Membership Gift and Welcome Pack at the Cornerstone Giftshop next to Starbucks.
- My first visit is in more than 14 days. Please ship my Gem Membership Gift and Welcome Pack to the address on my account.
Members who choose option one must show their confirmation email at Cornerstone, where a partner will print their card and give them their Gem Membership Gift and Welcome Pack.

Can I upgrade to a Gem Membership?
If you would like to upgrade, you can purchase a Gem Membership for a pro-rated price! Please contact [email protected] or call 877-820-0759.
What if I don’t upgrade my annual pass?
Not to worry, you can still use your current Annual Pass until its expiration date. However, you’ll miss out on the great new perks offered to Gem Members. Once your Annual Pass expires, your renewal will be to the new Gem Membership.
