I keep waking up with a smile on my face. I have meditated for years, do yoga, have a bunch of happiness practices, however my RA medications often take their tole on my body and my happiness levels. Lighter and brighter feeling. My MD says his patients say this is the only brand to get that really works. I have tried other Methyl products and they all had ridiculous fillers.
