2. Each Prime Annual member is entitled to 12 Friends Invite.
3. Friends Invite can be used to invite friends to enjoy Free Prime $2.99 Unlimited Shipping for 5 days as well as to invite friends to sign up for Prime Lite/Annual at exclusive discounted rates of $49 for Prime Lite (U.P. $69) and $69 for Prime Annual (U.P. $99).
4. Friends whom accepted the Prime Friends Invite will have 14 days to enjoy the Prime exclusive discounted rates stated above.
5. Prime Friends Invite can only be shared with Non-Prime customers and each Non-Prime customer can only utilise the Friends Invite once.
6. Prime Annual members who use their Friends Invite to successfully invite friends to join Prime Lite/Annual will be rewarded with cash vouchers:

7. Cash vouchers will be issued 10 days after invited friends have successfully joined Prime Lite/Annual.
8. Cash vouchers are valid for EZbuy/Prime orders and will expire 21 days upon issuance.
