Speedy, prompt and efficient delivery time of an excellent product.
I do like the reminders about 1) payment taken, 2) constant updates on the expected delivery dates and 3) well wrapped products.
Regarding the BASKET, when you updated the site, the products on order are neither described nor pictured, only listed as 1 UNIT, so the customer cannot see WHAT they put in the basket and how many of those. This causes the customer to rethink if they really want to spend money on the unknown object(s) in the basket - who knows, perhaps it is the wrong thing?! and therefore deletes much of the stuff being there.
If one cannot see what goods are about to be paid for, and in what condition, one doesn't feel it is worth it and rather orders photos from a photo-processing booth such as there are in Boots etc.
Otherwise, it is all great.
