The product was delayed from American Crafts (previously known). I wasn't happy about 2 products being bumped off of my order. Hard having all of the embellishments with no paper...AC was delayed so my order was delayed. Not your fault.

I received my purchase in timely manner. The Ciao Bella Timeless 12x12 paper pad was just stunning. Hopefully I can get the background paper pack when it's back in stock. Will you be re- stocking that item? My only issue was the packaging it came in was horrible. When opening the package lots of grayish color stuff was every where but my product itself was packed great...issue was outside packaging...I've never had that happen before. I love everything I purchase from A Cherry On Top!

I LOVE THIS STORE. I like the items I purchase although this time I went out on a limb and purchased a Mystery Box from 49 and Market. The colors of the items were a disappointment in some aspects but the variety is great. I just wouldn't use brown tone washi tape and there was a whole box of those. I will give away some stuff from the box and use the other. Besides that, service and selection is great a A Cherry On top.
