I can’t say enough good about the Verizon store at 9184 Northern Ave in Glendale, AZ and Jonathan who waited on us. I unfortunately had just had a bad experience with a retail Verizon store in Sun City and went to the corporate store for some advice. Jonathan and his manager were fantastic and Jonathan helped me out immediately. He was both sympathetic and empathetic to our bad experience. In a very professional manner, he addressed all our issues. We ended up getting 2 new phones, 2 new cases and a new plan from him about a week later. The sales process was wonderful. He answered all our questions, took the time to explain the pricing to us; gave us an easy to understand hard copy quote, did not pressure us at all, transferred all our data to the new phones and was just overall so easy and pleasant to work with. I would definitely highly recommend going to this store over any other in this area. They definitely care about their customers and have great customer service. We love our new phones and ended up saving money as well. Thank you.

Dissatisfaction with online phone order

I am very dissatisfied with the online process that I went through to purchase the phone. I had to cancel the order shortly after placing it, and the process was a three week nightmare! I do not recommend ordering a phone online through Verizon. Go to a Verizon store where they can walk you through the process.

What a junk phone. Nothing on it is of any use, nearly everything is more complicated than necessary and it’s made day to day life 500x more of a hassle every day. One of the worst I’ve ever had. I’ll be going back to android for a usable phone os. A nice camera is a complete waste if it’s unusable without a 19year degree in tech junk

Is the iPhone 16 Pro waterproof?

The iPhone 16 Pro is water-resistant with an IP68 rating. This means it can withstand splashes, water, and dust, and can even be submerged in up to 6 meters of water for up to 30 minutes. However, certain conditions are not suitable for the phone to withstand such as water jets or extreme temperatures. In addition, water resistance is not permanent and can degrade over time with normal wear. -Red
