UK Premium Delivery takes 2-3 working days via DHL.

International Delivery
- For international delivery we have teamed up with Global E who are our international partner that allow us to offer a fast and secure local market experience.
- All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouses in the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes this will be charged at checkout.
- Delivery prices in your selected currency will be shown at checkout.
- Global-e’s policy for VAT variations and rounding up could add additional costs to the item price. The final amount will be displayed in the transaction order summary.
- Once your order has been dispatched, Global-e will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, or you may track your order by using the Global-E Shipping portal Click here
- Please note, Global-e may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery
- If you are shipping within the US, local sales tax will be charged on all orders at checkout in selected states where applicable.

- You will receive an Email & SMS confirmation of estimated delivery date with option to amend delivery.
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an Email & SMS confirmation of 1-hour delivery slot with option to amend delivery
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an Email & SMS delivery notice 5-15 minutes before delivery
- If you are not in when DHL make the delivery, you will receive an Email & SMS confirmation of attempted delivery, reconfirming delivery attempt with options to re-arrange below
