Well written and informative for the professional and ‘lay person’ alike. Not overly technical with interesting case studies.

All healing is self healing. All traumas are locked into our body. A book to remember.

A powerful transformational book for practitioners of survivors of trauma. and for survivors themselves. It assists us to not only make some sense of the many life challenges that trauma has created in our lives but also to find little pearls of vindication, hope for the future. I am still reading and working through the chapters and I cannot recommend it strongly enough for anyone who needs to be informed about the realities and true effects of trauma and how to assist Healing.
