• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available: Monday – Friday: Sittings at 12pm, 12.30pm or 1pm
• Not valid: Saturday, Saturday and public holidays including 29 March – 1 April (inclusive), 25 April, 26 May – 13 June (inclusive), and 5 August
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2024

• Shangri-La Sydney's culinary team uses the highest quality raw meats and seafood but please note consuming raw or undercooked fish, shellfish, eggs or meat increases the risk of foodborne illness

• Please note that all participants of this experience must be 18+ and carry valid photo ID. Shangri-La Hotel Sydney abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• For table reservations of eight (8) people or more, an additional 10% group service fee will apply – payable directly to Shangri-La Hotel
• In the event of no-shows, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation and prepayment will not be refundable
• Window tables are subject to availability with an additional fee and are subject to a minimum spend requirement. Payable at the Altitude Restaurant
