I want to thank all the hands involved at Louisiana Crawfish! Thank You for your efforts! With the Covid-19 pandemic, stay at home orders, and kids out of school...this Memorial Day was very different to say the least. However, I have typically hosted a crawfish boil on Memorial Day for many years, and it is part of our family tradition. My order was successfully delivered to North Carolina early Saturday morning, the website was easy to use, and I was relieved when that package arrived knowing that many hands at Louisiana Crawfish Company made it happen. I thoroughly enjoyed getting together and celebrating with my family and friends later that afternoon. My wife is a Louisiana native, she absolutely loves crawfish, and it does my heart good to prepare these for her! I believe my pot was spicy enough to kill any virus, and there was enough garlic in my boil to keep all the vampires away too! Thanks again for helping us keep our family tradition alive during these uncertain times. Just getting together, away from the news, proved to be a just what I needed. Louisiana Crawfish Company is definitely an essential business in my book!

LCC, Thank You! We are a military family stationed in Kansas and we've used your service twice now with AMAZING results! We used the Easter special for one sack of field run and they were huge and fresh! Remarkably, there were ONLY 4 lost our of a whole sack (all were small and most likely crushed by the larger CFs. You have customers for life! You bring LA culture and to military families that are geographically separated from hometown LA and family. We appreciate you guy!

Wow, you all never disappoint! My go to crawfish folks for several years now and my birthday weekend was no different. McKayla (I hope I spelled it right) was amazingly sweet and seemed to know exactly what I needed. I'm a Gulfport MS boy transplanted in Kentucky in the Army and just stayed! Yesterday I put on another crawfish class for the folks that use crawfish for bait! When I picked up the crawfish the FedEx lady said "thank goodness you're here, these things scare me!". I told her if they were open later I'd bring her some freshly cooked; she declined and told me others had crawfish to pick up and she'll be glad when they are gone. I told her not to give them to the customers unless they are Louisiana Crawfish Company so she wouldn't be the one ruining their weekend! Smile!! Dear Louisiana Crawfish, I would just like to say that you guys "ROCK". Wow! You get "5-Stars"!! I ordered Boudin yesterday and it arrived today well packaged. I was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, but both of my parents were born and raised in Lake Charles and Calfax, Louisiana. We grew up on Boudin and ate it all the time. After 26 years in the U.S. Navy and ultimately settling down in San Diego, CA I have been looking for a place to order Boudin and have it delivered right at my door. I was little hesitant about ordering a perishable item thinking that it might arrive in bad condition, but you totally dispelled that notion. The Boudin was not only well packaged, but I tried the Comeaux Pork Boudin (hot spicy) and it was "FANTASTIC". 100% satisfied! I ordered the frozen crawfish tails, smoked pork sausage and jambalaya mix. My order showed up at my door exactly when promised. Nicely packed. And the quality of the products was excellent. We made up a family sized portion of jambalaya, and let me tell you: it was FANTASTIC! Delicious is an understatement. I just recently move to the Midwest from the east coast, on the coast it's no problem finding fresh crayfish but here in the Midwest most seafood are not in season yet. When my siblings and I planned our fathers 61st birthday my idea was to do something different which was a crayfish boil since he loved seafood. I looked all over the city for the freshes crayfish and found nothing but than I stumbled upon your website. The prices were unbeatable and I found out I could get next day shipping. Boy was I in for an excitement! I placed my order on Friday at 10 am and received my live crayfish at 9 am the next day on Saturday. Out of the 26+ pounds that I recieved, only a handful were dead. The seasoning that I got with the shipment along with the sausage and crayfish was delicious and a big hit with my father and the rest of the family!! I can't say how true all of the reviews and testimonies are! We are more than please with the service and quality and will diffinitely order again! Thank you!!

Wanted to send a huge thank you for sending the most amazing crawfish, shrimp and sausage. We have ordered from you several times when we lived in GA and now in KS. We have indoctrinated some friends into the fun of a crawfish/low country boil. It was a wonderful sendoff with our friends before we all leave Fort Leavenworth for places all over the world!

I couldn't be happier with the crawfish I recieved on friday. We didnt cook them till saturday around 4. But when we did start cooking we only found a few that didnt make it. Great product! I will be ordering from you again.

Just wanted to let you know that this is the first year we have used your company for our annual crawfish boil. Our group comes from North Baton Rouge, Slidell, Lafourche Parish, and New Orleans. We have found each other over the years and crave La. food as much as we can get it. You guys delivered every thing you promised and then some. The crawfish were beautiful, clean and kicking. The last sack was not boiled till the next day and only 20 crawfish were found dead. That is better than we have had when buying back home in La. We are know permanet customers and look foward to our next shipment for Memorial Day weekend. So glad we found you..

WOW! This is the second time I have ordered from you. I was not disappointed. The crawfish arrived live and fiesty. I followed the instructions and hosed them down a few times and got them wriggling. The cajun treats were dilivered on Saturday and stayed until Sunday when I cooked them. The spices were fantastic. I added corn and potatoes and everyone had a blast. Now here is the thing. Out of 30 pounds I only had 57 dead ones. I was pleased with that ration and 4 of the people that were at my house asked me where I got the 'bugs' and how I cooked them. I gave away your brochure so expect to ship some up to Long Island, NY. Basically, we overdosed on crawfish, aligator legs and tons of other things. You guys know your stuff and I was very happy with the results. Thank you for the quality that comes from Louisiana. The good time truly rolled in my house this past weekend. Stan Perlin

I just wanted to tell you guys how much we appreciated the great service and GREAT crawfish. After moving to West Texas from South Texas (Beaumont) in 2001, we have truly missed the fun and delicacy of spring/summer crawfish boils with family and friends. No one out here has ever heard of crawfish, so I did some Internet research and found your company online. I made the order on Thursday, setting up a Saturday delivery. The staff was super friendly on the phone and the order process was quick and simple. The party pack of crawfish, seasonings, and beads arrived via FedEx to our front door at 10:00 am Saturday. The crawfish were in fantastic shape, great sizes, and not one dead crawfish in the batch! The party was great and the crawfish were super. Thanks for the great service and great pricing. We will definitely use you guys again in the future.

OMG!!!! It has been several years since we have been to New Orleans. I wanted to do something this year since we couldn't get back there, so I brought it to us. The crawfish and gulf shrimp (head on) were just delicious! My boyfriend didn't know about it so when he walked in, he was just floored! You should have seen his face when he saw that they were alive. By the way, my cat got a grip of the claws himself! I ordered a couple of ball caps and did the trial size of crawfish. The seasoning you sent with it was awesome also. It was such a hit! We sat around the kitchen table and ate them like we were kids with a special treat. I will definitely order from you again and will recommend you to other people. By the way, I only had 3 that were dead and a couple crushed out of the 10 lbs I ordered. It was worth it and brought back some of the romance in our lives! We had great fun in the kitchen!

After having your crawfish this year I will never again buy from anyone else. I was extremely worried that they wouldn't show up on time. I ordered from a different company last year and that turned out to be a disaster. That company said it would be to me on a Friday. They gave me a tracking number and everything. The next day they called me told me they had run our of crawfish. What a joke. The tracking number wasn't even real. They didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. Kinda hard to have a party on a Tuesday when you work 12 hr shifts. I ordered the largest crawfish they had. They might as well have been just born. They weren't even worth the trouble trying to pick them apart. Not to mention half of them were dead. But then there's you guys. The crawfish showed up the next day exactly like you said it would. The tracking number was REAL. The crawfish were perfect size, and after all was done there was no more than ten dead ones. I was stationed in Shreveport for two years and thats how i came to know crawfish. Now I'm in Minot, ND, 30 minutes from the border of Canada. After last year I thought I'd never be able to get good crawfish again. You have won my service with ease. Keep up the good work. You guys gave made living all the way up here that much better.
