The bulbs I needed werere not in stock (being discontinued). Then I saw that my account has an account rep! With a direct line!! I called him and he explained why the bulbs I needed are not available and he helped me find a suitable replacement. So nice to have an account rep who is accessible, knowledgeable, and helpful.
