• Available hours: Monday – Wednesday: 10am–12am; Thursday – Sunday: 7am–12am. Different session brackets are based on availability, holidays and days of the week. See sessions here
• Bookings valid to April 30 2024
• Valid for the offer amount selected upon purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to session for registration, briefing and equipment fitting
• Paid parking is available at Entertainment Quarter Wilson Car Park

Important:

• This is not a private session. If you would like a private session, please purchase eight tickets for your preferred time slot
• Rates vary according to session times – refunds do not apply for unused portions
• The Hyper Reality Arena can accommodate a maximum of eight players at once. Please note that not all game types allow eight players
• Please allow up to 35–40 minutes in total per game session. This includes arrival, briefing, 15-minute game session and departure
• Food, drinks and parking fees are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to Hyper Karting
• Minimum player numbers apply for game types. The game type selected at the time of your booking is a preference and is not guaranteed. Game type may change after your booking has been made

Terms & Conditions:

• Virtual reality is an inherently dangerous activity that may cause serious injury or death; by booking, guests accept to participate at own risk and assume full responsibility for their safety
• Although Hyper Karting endeavours to ensure your time is as enjoyable as possible, there may be periods where the technology system used is malfunctioning or when a team is running late for a variety of reasons. No form of compensation or refund will be provided to customers who are inconvenienced or incur costs due to any delays, including but not limited to the cost of parking
• Hyper Karting has zero tolerance to participants being under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Staff may immediately, and without warning, disqualify a player who is deemed (at the full discretion of staff) to be breaking these rules:
  • Running, jumping or crawling in the Virtual Reality Arena
  • Making contact with other players
  • Swearing or threatening staff or other players
  • Mishandling equipment
  • Failing to comply with staff instructions

Cancellations:

• Hyper Karting reserves its right that bookings are strictly non-refundable regardless of the reason for non-attendance unless ‘Booking Protection’ has been added at the checkout process at the time of booking. Additional fees apply for 'Booking Protection', payable directly to Hyper Karting and refund policy is subject to Hyper Karting's Terms & Conditions
• For bookings greater than or equal to 30 seats total, a minimum rescheduling notice of one (1) week is required, in which case a gift card will be issued to the total amount of your booking value. For bookings with less than 30 seats, a minimum rescheduling notice of 48 hours is required, in which case a gift card will be issued to the total amount of your booking value.
