Weekly Group Runs and Rides

  • Monday Group Runs at Carolina Park

    Grab your running shoes and join us every Monday at 6:15PM from our Carolina Park store for a 3-5 mile FREE group run. All paces welcome! Come early for dynamic stretching at 6:00PM. 

  • Tuesday Group Rides at Coleman Blvd

    Grab your bike and join us every Tuesday at 6:00PM from our new location at 624 Coleman Blvd location for our FREE weekly group rides. We ride to Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms for a 21 mile-ish ride.

  • Saturday Group Runs at Coleman Blvd

    Join us every Saturday at 7:30AM from our Coleman shop for a FREE Group Run. Every pace, every runner, everyone welcome!
