UPDATE - My new "used" Skoda & Cinch Experience.

I'd recently bought a 2019 Skoda Octavia from Cinch, however I discovered 3 faults with the vehicle. The third fault; hatchback locking mechanism occurred after owning the vehicle for only 11 days. So I'd left a 4 star review, following the initial 2 faults. I would have edited that review but Trustpilot appear to have mislayed it. So ... I was contacted by Cinch enquiring after why only 4 stars. I must say my subsequent experience of the customer service excellence demonstrated by Cinch was exemplary. Firstly, a goodwill payment in compensation of the time I'd spent fixing the first 2 faults. However the third fault; a complicated locking mechanism issue was addressed fully in accordance with their 90 day warranty. Cinch were completely empathetic, and simply arranged to correct the fault. The staff at the Northampton store were fabulous and completely looked after me whilst I waited; wonderful hosts. In common with their values; the process of fixing my problem was totally faff free. Therefore those 4 stars have now evolved to 5. Good skills Cinch.
